  • 1 bunch spinach, washed and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 inch ginger, minced

  • 1 green chilli, chopped (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup paneer, cut into cubes


  • Warm the oil in a large pan over medium warmth. Add the onion and cook dinner until softened about five minutes.
