Welcome to Recipes Master ("we", "our"). These terms govern your use of the platform. Please read carefully.

1. Registration & Payment

• The Rs. 500 registration fee is strictly non‑refundable.
• You must provide accurate information. False or fake details will result in rejection.
• Your shop listing will be reviewed only after payment.

2. Shop Responsibilities

• You may only sell real food items. Selling any illegal, harmful, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
• You are responsible for keeping your shop information, prices, and availability up to date.
• You must respond to and fulfil orders within a reasonable time.
• Use customer data only for order fulfilment, not for any other purpose.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake shops or deceiving customers.
• Harassing, spamming, or sending inappropriate messages to customers.
• Sharing any illegal content through the platform.
• Attempting to steal another user's information.

4. Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. In no case will the registration fee be refunded.

5. Orders & Delivery

• The platform only connects customers to shops via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delivery, food quality, or any disputes.
• Resolve any issues directly between the customer and shop owner.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• You are responsible for the images and descriptions you upload.
• The Recipes Master name, logo, and design are our intellectual property.

7. Privacy

Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
