We collect only necessary information and any unauthorized data will be immediately rejected.
The Rs. 500 recurring subscription fee every 3 months is strictly non‑refundable.
An initial payment of Rs. 500 is required for shop registration, and the same amount is due every three months thereafter. This fee covers platform maintenance, your shop listing, and order service provision.
If the fee is not paid by the due date, your shop will be immediately deactivated. To reactivate, outstanding fees must be cleared, but previous fees will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances will any paid amount be refunded, whether registration is not approved (e.g., due to incorrect information) or you cancel your subscription, as the platform has incurred costs in processing your application.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Only in the case of an order, the customer's name and address are sent to the shop owner via WhatsApp, which is essential for service delivery.
We employ strict security measures to protect your data. However, 100% security over the Internet is impossible. In case of any unauthorized access, we will take immediate legal action.

The platform will charge a 10% commission on every successful order. This amount will be automatically deducted from the shop owner's earnings or collected separately.
